FAQs

Is leather pet friendly?

Pets can damage leather. Our warranty does not cover damage caused by pets. While our leather products use durable top-grain leather, they are still susceptible to pet damage.

Does your leather stretch?

All leather will stretch and crease over time. This is a natural occurrence and not a defect.

Do the cushions soften over time?

All seat foam will soften over time, which will occur through normal usage and is not a defect.

Is leather hot or cold?

Top grain leather furniture is constantly adjusting to the environment that it is in. Leather will be the same temperature as the room where it is located and will adjust accordingly.

How long will leather last?

Top grain leather will easily last 20 plus years. Proper maintenance will increase the life of your furniture for many years.

Will my leather or fabric fade when placed in direct sunlight?

Both leather and fabric like any other natural material can fade when exposed to direct sunlight over a period of time. To minimize fading, avoid placing your furniture in direct sunlight.

How strong Is leather?

Leather is the strongest upholstery material available. It is virtually impossible to rip, tear, or puncture leather.

How do I clean my leather or fabric furniture?

We recommend to wipe your leather once a week with a clean dry cloth or vacuum with a soft brush. For fabric upholstery we recommend to vacuum with a soft brush only.
